Jalapeño Corn Dip

Jalapeño Corn Dip Recipe

This dip is delicious, let me warn you, you'll want need to pin this recipe.  I got it from a gal at work and it's always a hit at our Operating Room potlucks.  Serve it with Fritos or Tostitos, either way, it's so yummy!

3 cans white corn drained (yellow or a mixture is fine also)
4 cups sharp shredded cheese
2 cups Real Hellman's Mayo
1 jar jalapeños, drain and finely diced
1 purple onion chopped/diced

Chop, mix and refrigerate.  If you wait a couple hours or overnight, it'll be nice and spicy.  I only use half an onion, but only because I don't care for them, still pure awesomeness!  (Hope to add a pic soon!)
